Central Connecticut State is just 30 minutes from the UConn campus, but that is where the similarities end. Donyell Marshall took the reigns of this program and failed to do anything noteworthy. Patrick Sellers may have something going at Central Connecticut at 6-7 on the season, and if this continues the final record may be the best since the 2010 season under another UConn product Howie Dickerman. Stonehill is 1-12 in its last 13 games and played their best game of the year last time out losing to Rutgers by one. I think that is going to be a letdown for this team, and I like Central Connecticut in this one.
