Top pick: #5 (SWISS PEAK) (3-1) - Filly was heavily bet here on Feb. 7th and finished a strong and close up third of nine, beaten a length. Race was her first since debuting at Hollywood in late May of 2012. Trainer Mike Harrington has her making back-to-back starts for the first time, and her early speed can lead to a maiden win.
2nd pick: #3 (Coast Starlite) (4-1) - One of six making their debuts, 4yo daughter of "Macho Uno" has some sharp works showing, including a bullet 3-furlong gate breeze here four days ago.
3rd pick: #2 (Goodbye Roselina) (6-1) - Home-bred by "Pure Prize" also makes her debut, and has been working both steadily and above average. In a capable barn (Mark Glatt), and filly should be a square price.
4th pick: #6 (Ten in Excess) - She stalked and tired when debuting here almost a year ago, and has some nice works on her tab for her first off the long layoff. Don't just dismiss.
