Top pick: #11 (Q 'VIVA) (9-2) - Much improved since switching to the grass, filly enters off a career best when finishing 2nd here at this level and distance on May 17th. It was her first since March 29th and she's worked twice since. One-run type draws a fine outside post and should get a fast and/or contested pacve to rally into.
2nd pick: #3 (Euroclydon) (3-1) - Filly moves back in with maidens after missing by a neck facing upper-level starter-allowance foes on May 22nd. That was by far a career best and it came first off a Kristin Mulhall claim. Strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #5 (Shysheisnot) (7-2) - On the sidelines since late Dec., filly showed some ability in both starts on the Hollywood "poly" at that time. Wygod home-bred is working nicely at San Luis Rey Downs and is bred to enjoy the switch to the turf.
4th pick: #8 (Cravin the Heat) (8-1) - She was busy in the second half of 2013 and was showing improvement when sent in for 7 1/12 month vacation beginning on Nov. 3. Home-bred is working steadily and several of the drills are on the "quick" side.
