2nd pick: #2 (Pink Lollipops) - Debuting filly by "Silver Deputy" is working fast, draws the rail, and has Bejarano aloft. Trainer Bob Baffert is having an outstsnding meet and he wins at a 33% rate first out.
3rd pick: #5 (Hout Bay) - One of a pair from the barn of John Sadler and they'll race uncoupled. Working fast and this dsughter of "Harlan's Holiday" has Rosario aboard. Trainer wins at a 16% rate with first-timers.
4th pick: #10 (Jeredella) - The second of the Sadler pair also is working fast but appears to have been out-worked by her stable-mate on Jan. 10. Must be left in the exotics mix.
