Top pick: #8 (BULL DOZER) (6-1) - Old timer has more career wins (16) than any other entered and 14 of those have come on conventional dirt. There's plenty of speed to set up his late charge and 6-year-old has a fine record at this distance 10-3-3-2. Has a shot at a square price.
2nd pick: #4 (Indianapolis) (5-2) - Undefeated (2 for 2) son of "Medaglia d'Oro" makes his first start since an easy win here in the "San Pedro" stakes Jan. 20. Working very fast locally for his return and we'll find out a lot more about his talent level this afternoon. An obvious win candidate at a short price.
3rd pick: #9 (Street Icon) (4-1) - Lightly-raced gelding has gone 4-2-1-0 to date and is racing for the first time since Jan. 16. He just missed here last Dec. and is working fast for his return to action.
4th pick: #7 (My Slew) (6-1) - Hard-hitter loves it here at 6-2-2-1 and enters in his usual top shape. Speed/stalker is 4-1-1-2 at this distance and should be involved from start-to-finish at a nice price.
