Top pick: #4 (MUTUALLY BENEFIT) - Daughter of "Dynaformer" finished a strong second at this level and distance on the Hollywood turf course Nov. 6. and then did not factor in her latest when the race was switched off the turf. In a very good barn (Tom Proctor) and she has three excellent works since her latest effort. The top pick, she can win this competitive contest at a nice price if it remands on the grass.
2nd pick: #1 (Tashzara) - Irish-bred filly is an obvious contender as she finished close-up in all three of her races since coming to North America sometime in late 2009. Well-bred four-year-old has the rail, and enough speed to stay close early and has a strong shot at the win late.
3rd pick: #3 (All Star Heart) - Filly finished second at this level on the Hollywood "poly" Dec. 18 in a race that was switched off the turf. Has some speed, and she raced well on the grass this past summer/fall in Canada at Woodbine. Has three solid works since her last race and can factor today at a nice price.
