Top pick: #8 (FLEXIBLE) (7-2) - One of two entered from the Hollendrofer barn and both are win candidates. This home bred rallied to finish second when debuting in a Del mar sprint on Sept. 1, then raced both wide and evenly when checking in a distant fourth here Oct. 5. He's stretching out around two-turns for the first time and should enjoy the longer trip.
2nd pick: #4 (Pulmarack) (4-1) - The second of the Hollendorfer runners, colt has raced evenly in both starts sprinting and is training above average locally for his first on real dirt and first around two-turns.
3rd pick: #6 (Temple Keys) (6-1) - He did well to finish fourth when debuting from an outside post at Los Al on Sept. 20. That track was favoring inside speed and this colt should do much better today, and at a nice price.
4th pick: #7 (Quiet Thunder) (6-1) - He's racing first off a John Sadler claim (20%) and he switches him from "poly" to dirt, stretches him out, and adds blinkers. Can factor with the changes.
