Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #5 (MOST SANDISFACTORY) (4-1) - This grey gelding finished 2nd here going 6.5 furlongs on the dirt at this tag May 24. It was his first race since last summer when he was very sharp in a pair of grass sprints, and I like that he's back in four weeks while stretching out with Prat staying aboard.
nd pick: #2 (Fengari) (3-1) - One of a pair from John Sadler, he missed by a 1/2-length here at this distance May 29 for a $62,500 claiming price. Stalker is making back-to-back starts for the first time since late in 2018 and is a win candidate.
rd pick: #3 (Sly) (7-2) - He's one of a pair from Dick Mandella, and he's training well for his first since March 20. Stalker is racing second back off a nine-month layoff and has shown ability on the grass in two of three. It's noted that Mike Smith stays aboard.
th pick: #7 (Leprino) (6-1) - The second of the Mandella trained pair, this $700,000 gelding by 'Medaglia d'Oro' has early speed, is lightly raced, and is dropping into a claimer for the first time. In the mix.
th pick: #6 (Camps Bay) (12-1) - This longshot enters off an even effort here May 29 that saw him finish 6.5 lengths behind barn mate 'Fengari.' No speed type has been competitive at today's $40K tag in the past and should be making up ground late.
