2nd pick: #3 (Billy Diamond) (10-1) - Very lightly raced, he's working nicely for his first since last Dec. Gelding has a bit of speed and takes a big drop in class for his return.
3rd pick: #8 (Antioch Native) (3-1) - Freshened up since the late spring, he ran a career best on June 21st at Lone Star park when he rallied to finish 2nd facing much tougher in a turf sprint. Stalker is an obvious threat if he returns in the same shape.
4th pick: #12 (Ronnie B) (6-1) - Speed/stalker had a fine local half-mile breeze a week ago as he readies for his first since May 10. He draws a nice outside post out of the chute and is a threat at a square price.
