Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #1 (CHEROKEE WAMPUM) (2-1) - One of two entered by trainer Boyd Caster, and the pair race uncoupled. Filly rallied while very wide to finish 4th of 11, beaten almost four lengths here at this level on a muddy surface Aug. 25. Barn brings her back quickly, and she moves from an outside post to the rail. She gets a slight edge here.
2nd pick: #6 (Elusive Oteka Elle) (3-1) - The second of the Boyd Cater trained fillies, she finished 3rd here facing $10,000 'open' maiden claimers Aug. 26. It was a nice effort, and this lightly raced 3yo is facing fellow Oklahoma breds for the first time. Win candidate.
3rd pick: #10 (Goodies) (8-1) - Longshot tired after showing good early speed racing here for twice this price Sept. 4. Home bred drops to a new low in her third start and is a win candidate at a big price.
4th pick: #4 (Bad June) (7-2) - Speedy filly finished 3rd here Aug. 25 while a long 'neck' in front of 'Cherokee Wampum' that evening. She's been sharp in both starts and must be left in the mix.
