Top pick: #9 (HIDDEN ZENSATION) (5-2) - He's finished fourth in two straight facing tougher and last out was beaten only a length at Santa Anita racing for a $20K tag Oct. 26. Stalker should get a nice trip and can win this turning for home.
2nd pick: #5 (Znelle) (5-1) - Speedy gelding races first off a claim and is the only entrant with a win on the local dirt. Now in a very small barn he's a threat if able to show his normal gate quickness.
3rd pick: #4 (Pioneer Charlie) (3-1) - Lightly-raced gelding has been freshened up since a gate-to-wire maiden win at Santa Anita on Oct. 19. Well bred and he still has plenty of room for upside.
4th pick: #3 (Warren's Wesley) (7-2) - Warren home bred has talent but is career has been broken up constantly by layoffs. Dating back to March 0f 2012 he's gone 6-1-3-2 and has run well off of layoffs in the past.
