2nd pick: #7 (Gummy) (7-2) - One of three coming off their maiden win, well bred 3-year-old did so at Del Mar July 20. Three-year-old by 'Speightstown' has a stalking style, a fine outside post, and is dangerous down the stretch.
3rd pick: #3 (Bucky Goldstein) (4-1) - Five-year-old was an easy wire-to-wire maiden winner going 6.5 furlongs at Del Mar for a $20K tag Aug. 19. It was his first ever in blinkers and this gelding was competitive early in the year facing tougher foes.
4th pick: #4 (Flash Henry) (5-2) - Colt won here at this trip for a $20,000 claiming price Sept. 10. He's shown improved overall effort in each of his last three and must be left in the mix.
