Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #9 (TOTALLY TIGER) (5-2) - He ships from Santa Anita where he's been facing much tougher on both dirt and turf up to this point. Good barn (Andy Lerner) drops him way down in price for his first on the local all-weather surface. The only real negative is his outside post.
2nd pick: #3 (Gregs City Zip) (10-1) - Speedy colt by 'City Zip' has been competitive in all four starts, and he finished a pace-setting 2nd here at this tag and trip Feb. 15. He runs off a Cliff Delima claim and is a threat to lead this filed from gate-to-wire.
3rd pick: #4 (Matson) (5-1) - He moves up in price after almost falling last out when he 'clipped heels' with a rival costing him all chances. The gelding had missed by a 'neck' in his local debut Feb. 17 and is in the mix at a square price.
4th pick: #2 (Collusion Delusion) (7-2) - Even paced in all four starts while facing tougher, his connections drop him into a claimer for the first time. Home-bred fits on figures and should be competitive on the much-needed class relief he gets.
