Premium Pick

Top pick: #8 (JEFFREY'S PRIDE) - Dropped down from special weights last out, he saved ground early and made a late run to finish fourth of ten, beaten four lengths. In "over his head" in his first four outings, that last race was a positive one and he can win this if he avoids a wide trip.

2nd pick: #7 (Rino U) - Improvement is noted last out as he raced within range through-out and made up some ground in the stretch run to finish fourth of eight, beaten just over two lengths. Win candidate.

3rd pick: #4 (Saro's Secret) - The field's most experienced runner has some early speed and hasn't been defeated by much in four straight tries at this level. Excellent "gate" rider veteran Aaron Gryder is aboard and think he'll get this one involved from the start.
