Top pick: #6 (MY CONQUESTADORY) (5-2) - Filly draws a much better post after finishing a very wide third here in the G2 "San Clemente." It was her first back off a pair of layoffs and she's worked fast since. Talented filly is the horse to beat.
nd pick: #7 (Tepin) (6-1) - She's from the same barn (Mark Casse) as "My Conquestadory" and the pair race uncoupled. Lightly-raced and improving, she was a length better than her barnmate last out and earned a career best figure. Win candidate.
rd pick: #1 (Sea Queen) (4-1) - New York shipper appears to be the main speed and last out finished a pace-setting second in the rich "Belmont Oaks Invitational" (G1) on July 5th. Talented, fast, and a win threat with Bejarano aboard.
th pick: #5 (Stellaris) (12-1) - She's making her first start ever on the turf but has gone 3-2-1-0 on "poly" surfaces to date. Improving and last out she ran second in the G3 "Arlington Park Oaks" on July 19th.
th pick: #2 (Famous Alice) (5-1) - One of two entered by trainer Tom Proctor and this stakes placed filly has been freshened up since late June. Fits with her best and she should like this distance.
