Central Florida at Tulsa

How the mighty have fallen, and how fast it has happened. Central Florida has been a top mid-major program for many years, but the 2015 season has seen them go winless through their first nine games. The offense is just a rumor for this team, as they have generated 15 or fewer points in all but one game on the season. Tulsa has a good offense and likes to play at a fast pace, but that being said, the Golden Hurricanes have not topped the 42-point mark at all this season vs. an FBS opponent, and they are going to have to go well over that to even get this close to the mid-60s and push this one OVER the top of the total. Tulsa has played four of their last five UNDER the total. Without much help from Central Florida here, the play is on the UNDER.
